My son and I had been looking for a lake home for just a couple of weekends in the summer of 2018, when we came upon a perfect home nestled in Tanglewood Shores. As usual, we had several criteria on the list to meet and this one turned out to be the gem we had been searching for. It was on full water and it was just the right size inside the home for us as well as the lot. But it was the people that impressed us the most when we drove up. Bill and Cindy Miniat were working on laying the sod together. I grew up on a farm and know that hard manual labor is not for the faint at heart. I knew they were invested with the time working on this home, as well as the final outcome. They stopped their work and welcomed us inside. They explained the quality of the build on things you can’t see like the structural aspects. You could see the design of the floor plan was just right. Every detail was top notch. Lake View Homes has Bill with the knowledge of how to build a premium home with Cindy utilizing her knowledge of design and color making a dynamic duo. They answered every question we had with patience. They are the real deal. Whether it was our walk through issues or anything that came up over the first year, Bill was right on it. He is very organized and knows what he is doing. He respected our privacy but when there was anything needing attention, even a small minute problem, he was attentive, quick to reply, and best of all, he stayed right with the contractors and followed through to the end. Our full experience with Bill and Cindy has been top notch and I wouldn’t hesitate to go through the process again!
